She brings particular expertise in high-risk environments, improving safety outcomes while shifting cultures from compliance to commitment.

As a Chartered Account, Jane enjoys bringing a combination of rigour and transformation to her work. Known for demystifying finance, Jane enables leaders at all levels to engage confidently with financial data, align around priorities, and deliver meaningful, lasting organisational improvement.

Throughout his career, he has driven revenue growth and built long-term pipelines; expanded and diversified audiences, including via digital engagement; and deepened brand affinity across the buying journey. He particularly enjoys developing distinctive value propositions and translating complexity into compelling narratives to accelerate market penetration. He is also recognised for building and scaling marketing functions, developing high-performing teams, and aligning marketing functions with business strategy.
Reflecting his passion for the arts, Jonathon also serves as Chair of Trustees of a classical music charity, supporting emerging artists and producing world-renowned immersive experiences in accessible and unexpected settings.

Lucy has worked globally in industries from higher education to business consultancy, across sectors including manufacturing, nutrition and health, and digital technology. Her successes include driving continuous improvement and learning transformation through digital learning systems; creating behaviour-led programmes that significantly increased learner engagement and impact; and strengthening leadership capability and brand identity which led to rapid commercial success.

Alongside her consulting career, Liv is a trained actor. Having completed elite professional training at Identity School of Acting (IDSA) she has performed on stage and screen. This creative foundation gives her a distinctive perspective on human behaviour, communication, and presence under pressure.

A multi-award-winning creative leader, Pamela has worked internationally across broadcast, VFX, digital media and gaming – producing over 30 short films and directing six. She is Fellow of the RSA and a BAFTA voting member, with extensive experience in theatre, screen and audio. She has been a senior leader at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and Channel Four Television, and in senior leadership roles across Europe and Australia.
As Services Director, Pamela draws on this experience across complex, global environments, including acquisitions and mergers, to explore and develop mindful reframing, spotlighting the inner qualities of experience that culturally resonate, to develop creative future-focused change.
Currently a PhD candidate at University of the Arts London, Pamela is also a published author, accomplished actor and voice artist.

He has held senior roles and delivered programmes for organisations including IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Aviva, Barclays and Waitrose, as well as universities, multi-academy trusts, and the Church of England. Patrick is committed to enabling organisations to realise value from technology through reliable, outcomes-driven delivery.

Sabiha has successfully led process improvements and system implementations to enhance efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support sustainable growth. Known for her collaborative and influential approach, she builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and organisational goals. Her combination of analytical expertise, problem-solving capability, and deep sector and technical knowledge enables her to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that drive measurable value for clients.

Steve has held major roles including MD & Director of Strategy at IBM UK and Global Lead Partner for M&A at PwC, and he recently led RADA Business. He consistently delivers sustained growth and major deal execution across international markets. Steve was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Leeds Children and Families Trust Board.
